LED R7S testing process:

• We purchase the raw materials of the led r7s from foreign well-known brand suppliers, especially for the led beads.
• Finished led R7S must be made 1000 times on-off test firstly, then go on aging test for 48 hours. Through these two steps strict test, ensure all the led R7S meet the quality standard.
• Regarding to the usage environment of the led R7S, which affect the dissipation and lifespan of the led R7S. The led R7S must be tested under a series of bad condition, including the highest temperature 150°C and the lowest temperature -40°C, make sure the quality is very stable.
• We will provide the customer a legitimate usage manual for the led R7S before shipment. If necessary, we also can provide technical support.
